Let us help make celebrating your child's birthday at school easier. Order a Birthday Basket from your child's cafeteria and we'll take care of everything. Birthday treats will be delivered to your child's classroom on the date you specify.

Birthday Baskets include: ($1.00 per child)

• 2 snack items per child
• Small prize per child (pencil, sticker)
• Birthday Certificate

Send order form and payment to your child's school cafeteria. Make check payable to SASD Cafeteria Account. Only prepaid orders will be filled and delivered. Orders must be received at least 2 weeks in advance.
