Updates and Reminders - November 22, 2024
Thank you to Home and School and all the parents who helped scoop and serve ice cream for today’s Sundae Bar! It was another huge hit! Here are some updates and reminders as we head into conference week:
- A reminder that conference week starts on Monday. Students will not have school the week of November 25th for Conferences and the Thanksgiving Holiday. Please note that there may be construction on our sidewalks throughout the week. The kindergarten entrance will be open for parents to use. I will send an update Monday Morning.
- During this week we put out all the lost and found items in the lobby, so please be sure to check there if your child is missing something.
- If something comes up and you need to change your conference time last minute, please call the office or email your teacher directly.
- Our annual clothing drive fundraiser is happening Monday, November 25 between 9 AM and noon. We will be outside of the kindergarten entrance collecting plastic bags full of gently used clothing items, toys, and some household things. We have a big number to beat from last year and we hope to for a great turnout. Thank you to those who have signed up to volunteer! We could still use a few more hands if you and your students are able. All details regarding donations and volunteer signup can be found on the Home and School Web site!
- Home and School will also be hosting a Holiday Shoppe following the Thanksgiving Break. Students will visit the Shoppe with their classrooms. Please reference the schedule sent home for the day your child will visit the shoppe.
