Updates and Reminders - Dec. 15, 2023

The excitement and energy continues to build as we approach break.  We certainly wouldn’t discourage really long family hikes or other active adventures for the kids this weekend!  In all seriousness, we understand the excitement this time of year brings to the kids and try to provide healthy outlets here at school, some of which you’ll find below:

  • Thank you to the 127 families who already took the Education for the Future Survey, which is part of the District’s comprehensive plan.  The survey is open until Wednesday, December 20th and our goal is to have more than 200 families participate, so if you have not yet taken the survey yet, your participation would be greatly appreciated.

  • Thanks also goes to all the families who participated in the annual Stocking Giving program that support families in need this holiday season.  We are always amazed by the generosity of our families.

  • A reminder that this year’s Winter Concert will be held at Indian Valley Middle School on Tuesday, December 19th at 7:00p.m.

  • Wednesday, December 20th will be our annual Polar Express Pajama day.

  • Next Thursday, December 21st our first graders will be visiting the high school for the Winter Workshop.

  • Friday, December 22nd will be our Holiday Sing Along and Winter Socials.

  • Here is the latest episode of News From The Nest.

Thank you for your continued support!
